The Person Behind ALMA
My passion for real estate, combined with a discerning eye for interior design and an instinct for recognising a property’s potential, inspired me to establish ALMA in 2021.
Perth’s rental market has only grown tighter — well-presented, well-managed homes are hard to find, and harder still for those arriving from overseas with no local history to point to. I built ALMA to close that gap: a standard of residence this city was missing.
Today, ALMA is a curated collection of residences across Perth’s city centre, each one personally selected, furnished and managed to a single standard: exceptional, without exception. As Founder and Director, I remain personally involved in every detail — because that standard is not negotiable.

Two ways to stay
Book on Airbnb
Choose a residence, then book directly on Airbnb. Minimum stay of three months.
The booking and payment are handled by Airbnb.
View residencesArrange a viewing
- Inquire with your dates, or message us on WhatsApp.
- View in person, or online by video call. No deposit is required, not even to view.
- If you choose to go ahead, sign a Western Australia Residential Tenancy Agreement, minimum three months.

Good to know
What is included?
Every residence arrives fully furnished and entirely all-inclusive, with internet, water and electricity looked after on your behalf. Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a secure building complete the picture, so there is nothing to arrange and nothing to add.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at most residences for an additional charge, subject to availability at the time of booking. Please mention it in your inquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged for your residence.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Our one-bedroom residences accommodate up to two people. The Sovereign, our three-bedroom residence, accommodates up to six people.
How long can I stay?
ALMA is conceived for the considered stay. We welcome residents for a minimum of three months, whether arranged through Airbnb or under a residential tenancy agreement.
What paperwork is involved if I sign a tenancy agreement?
Every residency under a Residential Tenancy Agreement is fully documented: a signed Form 1A tenancy agreement, a property condition report completed with you at check-in, the building’s by-laws, and a simple house guide. Everything is explained clearly before you sign, so there are no surprises.
Who stays at ALMA?
Our residents are discerning professionals, students, relocating families and visitors who value a refined base in the very centre of the city, with the whole of Perth at the door.
Can I view a residence from overseas?
Certainly. A private online viewing and inspection by video call can be arranged at your convenience, and some residences also have a 3D tour you can walk through. On arrival in Perth, we would be delighted to host you for a personal viewing. Simply send an inquiry.
